Welcome to OMNI Lifestyle & Fitness
Here is a summary of our key terms & conditions. This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance.
Membership:
• Rolling monthly membership — billed on the 1st of each month.
• 1-month minimum and 1-month notice to cancel.
• Sign up mid-month? You’ll just pay a pro-rata amount.
• Fees are subject to change (we’ll always give you 1 month’s notice).
Booking & Cancellations:
• Book classes up to 10 days in advance through WodBoard.
• Cancel at least 3 hours before class (or by 10.30pm the night before for 6.30am sessions).
• Late cancels (less than 3 hours) or no-shows will result in a deducted session.
• Coaches & class times may change — we’ll give notice where possible.
Membership pause:
• You can pause your membership once per rolling 12-month period for up to 6 weeks (for holidays, injury, working away, etc.)
• We just need a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
• If you need longer, or want to pause more than once in a year, it will be charged at 30% of your usual membership rate—this keeps your membership & current rate secure.
*If you’re only away for a week, we recommend squeezing in your sessions either side of your time away rather than pausing. Please also note: If you cancel your membership rather than pausing, you will be subject to our latest membership prices on upon your return.
Membership cancellation:
You can cancel anytime with 1 month’s written notice to hello@omnilifestyle.co.uk
You can also cancel early if:
• You move 15+ miles away (proof required)
• You’re injured/ill for 3+ months (doctor’s note)
• You’re made redundant (proof)
• You’re pregnant (doctor’s note)
Health & Safety:
• You are ultimately responsible for your own health & wellbeing — check with your GP if unsure.
• Tell us if your health changes, keep the medical section of your Wodboard account updated.
• Use equipment safely and as instructed. Ask if you are unsure.
• We may refuse or pause membership if we believe there is a risk to your health or safety.
Other:
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• Belongings are left at your own risk.
• Please respect the space, the coaches, and each other.
